By downloading or using Hermod (bundle identifier com.joeycyber.hermod) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Contact: support@nullx.xyz.

License

Joe Young grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Hermod on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Use.

The service

Hermod is an email client. It connects from your device to mail providers you authorize. Availability depends on your network, those providers, and Apple’s platforms. Features may differ between the free tier and Hermod Pro.

Your accounts

You are responsible for the email accounts you link, for complying with your provider’s terms (including Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo), and for keeping app passwords and device passcodes secure. Do not use Hermod to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy is part of these terms. Mail and tokens stay on your device; we do not sell personal data.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Hermod is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joe Young is not liable for lost or delayed messages, missed notifications, provider outages, or incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law or other non-waivable consumer protections that apply where you live.

Termination

You may stop using Hermod and delete local data at any time from Settings. We may stop offering the app or a feature if required by Apple, a mail provider, or the law.
